Hello and Welcome! 
Congratulations on taking a forward step in your life towards your dreams. That may seem grandiose but I believe and know that we hold the key to our own happiness if we are willing, wanting and brave enough to take it. When I started my path to becoming a therapist I had many of my own demons to face to reach where I am today. But every step taught me priceless lessons that without learning them I would not be who I am now, doing what I love and helping others find that inner power for themselves. In the work we will do together we will find your inner demons, hopefully get you to a place that you can appreciate what those demons were even created for and then let them evolve into something more adaptive to the new person that you are right now. Life is meant to be lived, not to be stuck in the past or preoccupied with the future. Come learn with me that life can be so much more than what your mind has led you to believe.
